In an era of data commodification, we treat your structural blueprints as sacred. This document outlines exactly how Seraphic Mindscape Integration collects, encrypts, and ultimately destroys your sensitive data.
The "Digital Vault" Protocol
We utilize a "Zero-Trust" architecture designed to exceed Canadian PIPEDA standards.

Anonymized Records: Your sensitive session notes are not stored under your full name. We utilize a Client ID System (e.g., Client #25-04). The "Key" connecting your name to your ID is stored offline

Encryption: All digital records are stored using AES-256 bit encryption both in transit and at rest within a secure, 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) locked environment.

No Data Sales: We are a paid coaching service, not a data broker. We never sell, trade, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Session Recording Retention
Video recordings of your coaching sessions are tools for your review, not our archives.

30-Day Auto-Purge: Recordings are stored on a secure cloud server for exactly 30 days. After this window, an automated protocol permanently deletes the file.

Your Sovereignty: You are encouraged to download your sessions to your own local device for long-term keeping. Once deleted from our server, they cannot be recovered.
Environmental Privacy
We understand that sharing floor plans, bedroom photos, and property addresses for Geobiology Audits is highly sensitive.

Project-Based Retention: Images and blueprints submitted for Environmental Audits are treated as "Active Project Files."

Deletion Protocol: Once the final Audit Report is delivered to you, the raw source images of your private home are permanently deleted from our local devices. We do not keep a portfolio of client homes without explicit, written permission.
Zero-Knowledge Financials
We never see, handle, or store your credit card numbers. All transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We only view the transaction status (Paid/Unpaid) and the last four digits of the method of payment. Your financial data remains invisible to the practice.
Duty to Report
Confidentiality is absolute, with the following legal exceptions mandated by Canadian Law:

Imminent Harm: If there is a credible risk of serious bodily harm to yourself or an identifiable third party.

Child Protection: If there is suspicion of a child being in need of protection.

Legal Order: If records are subpoenaed by a court of law.
