Conditions of Engagement.

Seraphic Mindscape Integration is a high-performance container. To maintain the integrity of our work, we adhere to the following structural protocols. Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Scope of Services & Medical Disclaimer

Seraphic Mindscape Integration provides Strategic Coaching, Educational Consulting, and Environmental Auditing.

We are Architects, not Doctors. Joshua is not a Physician, Psychologist, or Registered Psychotherapist.
Not a Substitute: These services are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, or clinical therapy. We do not diagnose or treat mental disorders.
Crisis Protocol: If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis or suicidal ideation, our services are not the appropriate container. Please contact your local emergency services immediately.

2. Financial Integrity & Refunds

We operate on a "Reservation of Capacity" model, not an hourly wage model. When you engage Seraphic Mindscape, you are purchasing a dedicated structural slot in the Coach’s roster.

Non-Refundable Retainer: All fees paid for the 12-Week Program or Geobiology Audits are non-refundable. This protects the container from "foot-in-the-door" hesitation and ensures you are fully committed to the build.
Early Termination: If you choose to withdraw from the program early, you are not entitled to a refund for unused sessions.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We respect your time and demand the same respect for ours.

The 24-Hour Iron Fence: Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the session. No make-ups will be granted.
The "Grace" Clause: We understand that true emergencies happen. Exceptions are made solely at the Coach's discretion for medical emergencies or family bereavement.
Tech Failures: If technical issues prevent a session from occurring, we will attempt to troubleshoot for 10 minutes. Beyond that window, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.

4. Intellectual Property

The tools, PDF guides, Geobiology protocols, and audio tracks provided during your engagement are the proprietary intellectual property of Seraphic Mindscape Integration.

Personal Use Only: You are granted a license for personal use. You may not resell, reproduce, or teach these materials to others without express written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and effective environment, we require the following:

Sobriety: You agree to arrive at all sessions free from the influence of alcohol or non-prescription recreational drugs.
Safety: Any behavior deemed abusive, threatening, or harassing towards the Coach will result in immediate termination of the contract with no refund.
Fieldwork: You agree to complete the assigned "Fieldwork" (Neuro-Somatic Logs, Environmental Audits) between sessions. This is an active partnership, not a passive service.
