Professional Services Agreement & Medical Disclaimer

SERAPHIC MINDSCAPE INTEGRATION | SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. NATURE OF SERVICES I understand that Seraphic Mindscape Integration provides Strategic Coaching and Educational Consulting. The goal is to provide structural frameworks for personal and professional development using neuroscience-informed tools and environmental design principles.

2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER (CRITICAL) I acknowledge that Joshua Challand is NOT a Physician, Psychologist, or Registered Psychotherapist.

• These services are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, or clinical therapy.

• If I am currently under the care of a mental health professional, I agree to inform them of my participation in this coaching program.

• Safety: I understand that if I express an intent to harm myself or others, the Coach has a legal and ethical duty to break confidentiality and contact emergency services (ICE) or local authorities.

3. THE "CAPACITY" RETAINER (REFUND POLICY) I understand that I am purchasing a reservation of capacity, not just hourly time.

• Non-Refundable: Fees paid for the current month or program phase are non-refundable, even if I choose to withdraw early.

• Early Termination: If I am on a payment plan and choose to terminate the 12-week contract early, I agree to pay a Termination Fee equal to 20% of the remaining balance to close the file.

4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the session. No make-up session will be granted.

• Tech Failure: If technical issues prevent a session from occurring, we will attempt to reconnect for 10 minutes. Beyond 10 minutes, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY I understand that the "Mindscape" tools, PDF guides, and Geobiology protocols provided to me are the intellectual property of Seraphic Mindscape Integration. They are for my personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or taught without written permission.

6. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF METHODOLOGY I understand that this program involves "Shadow Work" and "Somatic Breathwork," which can be emotionally challenging. I agree that feeling uncomfortable or "stuck" is a natural part of the structural process and is not grounds for a refund or dispute.
